Safety and reporting
Report a photo
In the app, open the photo you received (or tap “Report without opening”), then choose a reason. The sender is not notified. The photo is kept for 30 days so our team can review it, then deleted.
Block
A blocked nickname can no longer get any photo to you, and their unopened photos disappear. You can unblock from the settings.
Intimate photo shared without consent
Report it with the reason “Intimate photo or taken without my consent”. We remove it and suspend the sender's account during the review. If a photo of you is circulating elsewhere, StopNCII.org helps block it from being shared on many services.
Minors
Once is not allowed for anyone under 18. Any content involving a minor is removed immediately, the account is deleted and the information is passed on to the competent authorities.
